Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Willdou (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Willdou provides SEO auditing and automation, keyword research, a social content studio, and an AI assistant. Some features connect to your website (WordPress, Shopify, SFTP or FTP) or to your Google account (Search Console, Analytics, Ads) to read data or make changes you explicitly request or approve.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.

3. Connected sites and automated changes

Where you connect a website, nothing is changed on your live site without your action: either you click to apply a specific change, or you explicitly enable an opt-in automation (for example, auto-applying certain kinds of fixes, or auto-publishing a generated blog post) for that connection. You are responsible for reviewing what an automation you enable is configured to do before turning it on, and for the content and changes it produces once you've approved them. Every change the Service makes to a connected site is recorded and can be reviewed or reverted from within the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Access or attempt to access a website, server, or account you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage;
  • Violate any applicable law, or the terms of service of a third-party platform (Google, WordPress, Shopify, etc.) you connect;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls;
  • Generate or publish unlawful, infringing, or deliberately misleading content.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create or connect through the Service (your website content, generated drafts, uploaded files). You grant us the limited right to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. The Service itself, including its software and design, is owned by Willdou.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, WordPress, Shopify, your hosting provider) at your direction. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, policies, or actions — your use of each remains subject to that platform's own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Estimates the Service provides (for example, keyword difficulty scores derived from live search results) are our own analysis, not a guarantee of ranking or traffic outcomes. Where real, verifiable data isn't available (such as exact search volume without a connected data source), the Service says so rather than estimating a number — we do not warrant the completeness of every data point shown, only that we do not fabricate figures we present as real.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willdou is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including changes made to a connected site through an automation you enabled.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
